Post Winery's new retail sales and visitor center is now open. We hope you'll take some time to stop and enjoy the inviting, modern and cool interior. Bring friends, watch through the viewing window as your favorite wines are bottled, and taste some new favorites.
Those who prefer dry wines need to check two exceptional dry wines, sourced from the high quality 2011 harvest, that you won't find anywhere else. Post Chambourcin is a remarkable hybrid variety we've styled into an easy-drinking smooth red with complex flavors that go just as well with dark chocolate as venison tenderloin. Post Seyval is our dry white and reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc, with a light citrusy aroma and a crispness on the finish. We still have some 2011, though it is going fast; the 2012 Seyval will be available sometime in late spring.
Blue Parachute is a light fragrant white wine, delicious chilled or over ice. Be sure to try it and our many other wonderful wines and juices, available at your favorite stores.
We're open for tours and tastings. Post Winery is just two hours from Little Rock, an hour and a half from Harrison or Conway, about an hour from Fayetteville, Russellville or Fort Smith. No crowds, lots of fresh air, parking and free wifi, gourmet snacks and neat gifts. Come "Toast with Post"!
If you live in a "wet" county, you can find our wines in groceries or package stores. If you can't find it at your favorite store, be sure to ask for it. Not sure where to look? Call our offices during business hours (800) 275-8423 and we'll let you know where you can find our wines in Arkansas and elsewhere.
We are not shipping wine at this time. Arkansas is only one of many states that are works-in-progress when it comes to updating wine shipping laws. We currently aren't allowed to directly ship to anyone in our own state! If you'd like to be able to ship wine or receive it, please contact your local elected officials and state representatives and let them know where you stand. FreeTheGrapes.org is a great website which explains the scope of the issue in more detail.
